LEO District D9 brings together passionate and inspiring young leaders from the heart of Central Kandy to the historic Rock City of Kurunegala and the breathtaking shores of Trincomalee. As part of the global Leo movement, our district is dedicated to community service, leadership development, and youth empowerment, creating opportunities for young people to grow, collaborate, and make a meaningful difference in society.
Under the leadership of Leo Lion Udara Herath for this Leostic Year, we strive to transform ideas into action, strengthen communities through impactful service projects, and inspire the next generation of changemakers. United by a shared vision of service and excellence, LEO District D9 continues to build a legacy of leadership, compassion, and lasting impact across every region we serve.
